I have been Campus Dean/Executive Director  for Wayland for 20 years. I began in Phoenix and Luke Air Force Base; the university restructured and I then served as Campus Dean/exescutive Director for Phjoemix, Luke AFB, Tucson, WAATS. Soerra Vosta. Ft. Huachuca and El Paso for 5 years. Wayland restructured again, and now I serve only Sierra Vista and Ft. Huachuca. Prior to that I was Provost at the Maricopa Sheriff’s Office in Phoenix. I was there four years.
 
Prior to that I worked with the International Mission Board of Southern Baptists. I served in Johannesburg, South Africa for over 5 years. My primary responsibility towers to be Professor at Die Teological Seminarium van die Baptiste (Afrikaans Baptist Theological Seminary) All lectures were in Afrikaans. My secondary role was to head up relief work in Southern Africa, where I oversaw a refugee relief center, feeding people at 26 refugee camps. They were fleeing the civil war in Mozambique. I also oversaw a training center outside Soweto where we taught such skills as keyboarding, mechanics, agricultural produce, and other entrepreneurial skills. 
 
I have written and published in three languages on three continents. I have served for the past three years as Visiting Professor of Entrepeneurship at the University of Warmia and Mazuri in Poland.
 
I earned the M.Div, ThD, and PhD at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary; the MEd in counseling at NAU and the BS in chemistry and biology at William 
Carey University. I have completed post doctoral work at Wayland in Management, Union Theological Seminary in Theology; and Harvard in Computer Science. 
 
I have been a full-time resident of Sierra Vista since January. While I lived in Phoenix, I was an active member of the Phoenix 100 Rotary club.
